From an early age, Pablo was drawn to computing and technology, selling his first commercial application at the age of 18. With a subsequent 20 year career in software development and architecture, Pablo has honed his skills as a Senior Team Leader, Solutions Architect and Technical Architect across a variety of industries. Initially focusing on backend development, application architecture and cloud solutions, he has built a strong foundation in software design, especially in .NET and cloud-based applications.

Pablo brings extensive experience in high-traffic, data-heavy environments, with a particular focus on creating scalable, cost-efficient systems. His technical philosophy is grounded in a long history of practical problem-solving and adaptability, whether integrating new technologies or designing scalable, high-performance systems. Pablo thrives on understanding the bigger picture and creating solutions that not only meet immediate needs but also set the stage for long-term growth and success.

Day-to-day, Pablo plays a key role in the development process, leading stand-ups, monitoring progress, and setting priorities for the team. He works ahead of the development team, ensuring that changes are aligned with long-term strategy and can be implemented smoothly.
