Karen conducts the TC orchestra, ensuring that every individual and team can perform at their best and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
From initial contract kick-offs through delivery and beyond, she acts as the central liaison between clients and teams, setting strategies, defining responsibilities, and ensuring alignment with TC’s high delivery standards. She ensures that every engagement begins with realistic expectations and a clear path to success.
With a keen emphasis on communication and transparency, Karen fosters an open environment where peers collaborate, share knowledge and address challenges head-on. She supports rainbow teams - blending TC professionals, client stakeholders and third party talent, understanding the finer details of each delivery effort to ensure full collaboration across the board.
Karen’s dedication to cultural alignment ensures that delivery teams integrate effortlessly into client organisations, aligning with their values and working practices.
With extensive experience across industries such as social care, retail, finance, logistics, and travel, Karen brings a diverse perspective and a collaborative approach to every project.

The TLPD offer from the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has been commissioned by the Department for Education (DfE) and developed with experts in collaboration with learning providers and employers, to support you.
Our offer is a rich mix of live online and face-to-face workshops, in-house delivery, e-learning resources, mentoring, networking, and industry collaboration. At the core is a range of subject specific training which provides practical help to everyone involved in the planning and delivery of T Levels.
In addition to her day to day role, Karen supports TC’s commitment to social value and the broader community. She is currently working on the T Level Personal Development programme, comissioned by the DfE, delivering workplace skills and governance workshops to aspiring public sector talent. These cover topics like team work, collaboration, communications, conflict management, agile practices, governance, networking and positive culture development.
She also does everything in her power to empower TC colleagues to grow in their roles and succeed in their field of expertise.
