Alaisdair has contributed to a variety of impactful projects throughout his career including a highlight project for him: the development of one of the first mobile apps for Schneider Electric which introduced smart heating controls to consumers, and gave him the opportunity to work on pioneering apps of the time, using Xamarin (now MAUI). 

At Talent, Alaisdair has delivered innovative solutions for public sector clients like the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), He has recently been leading on an advanced apprenticeship management app and tools that streamline workflows for training providers, apprentices, and employers alike. He's also implemented sophisticated single sign-on solutions, and spearheaded initiatives and workflows that cut costs and accelerate outcomes for users.
