Prior to us welcoming Faiyaz to the TC team, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he led a rapid digital transformation for a health and safety exam board, transitioning the organisation from in-person exams to fully online delivery within weeks - a feat that saved the organisation and reduced operational costs.
Since joining us, Faiyaz's work at the Apprenticeships Service has involved leading technical projects to transform payment systems, delivering tangible value and enabling significant organisational shifts. Managing large, cross-functional teams, he facilitates everything from sprint planning and retrospectives to release management, fostering collaboration and dependency management across departments.
He has quickly understood the client's technical landscape which ensures efficient planning, risk management and roadmap execution. He works seamlessly with teams to remove blockers, maintain momentum and consistently deliver high quality, impactful work throughout the project.
